1661, Inc. d/b/a ( “we,” “us,” “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you about our collection, use and disclosure of information when individuals (“you”) visit our (the “Site”) and our mobile applications (“Apps”) and any other properties that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates.

Region-Specific Disclosures. We may choose or be required by law to provide different or additional disclosures, relating to the processing of Personal Information (as defined below) about residents of certain countries, regions or states. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Information We Collect From You or Other Sources. In the course of using the Service, we may ask you for certain information that can be used to contact or identify you, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number and payment card and billing information and any other information you provide when you communicate with us (“Personal Information”). “Personal Information” does not include aggregated or deidentified information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual.

We collect Personal Information in connection with your registration with the Service and use of the Service. If you decide to register, you must provide a username and you can choose what other information you provide as part of your profile. Other users may see your username on the Service.

We collect any information you submit to us through a “Submit A Request” customer support form, such as contact information and any other information you provide in the inquiry submission.

Our Apps may collect information about the precise location of your mobile device if you enable location services and grant permission. We may also use your IP address to derive your device’s general location.

Information We Collect Automatically. When you use the Service, whether as a registered user of us or as a non-registered user (each, a “our User”), our servers automatically record certain technical information from your browser and device, which may include information such as your computer’s IP address, your mobile device identifier, your browser type and version, the webpage you were visiting before you came to the Site, parts of the Service that you use, the time spent on those areas, information you search for on the Site or Apps, access times and dates, and other statistics. We may collect this technical information using “cookies” or similar technologies, such as software development kits, web beacons, pixels or tags. We (or our third-party partners) may use cookies or similar technologies to collect such information for advertising, for monitoring and analysis, to personalize your experience on the Service, and for other purposes. To manage cookies, an individual may change their browser settings to: (i) notify them when they receive a cookie, so the individual can choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set their browser to automatically reject cookies. Please note that doing so may negatively impact an individual’s experience accessing the Service, as some features and services on our Site and Apps may not work properly. Depending on an individual’s device and operating system, they may not be able to delete or block all cookies. In addition, if an individual wants to reject cookies across all their browsers and devices, they will need to do so on each browser on each device they actively use. An individual may also set their email options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether they have accessed our emails and performed certain functions with it.

We may combine the information we receive from you with information (including Personal Information) we obtain from other sources. We may aggregate your information with information collected from other our Users to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Service, and to analyze and understand how the Service is used.

INFORMATION USE
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide the Service, complete your transactions, and respond to your inquiries, including to send you emails to confirm your order status and shipment;

To communicate with you and contact you with our newsletters, email updates, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you;

To maintain, operate, monitor, customize, improve, and analyze use of the Service;

To tailor the Site, Apps and the Service to your interests;

For internal business purposes, including analytics and marketing purposes;

To comply with law and maintain the security of the Service and our business; or

As otherwise disclosed at the time of collection or use.

INFORMATION SHARING
We may share your information with third parties as described in this section.

Profile Information. As noted above, when you create a profile on the Service, other registered users may be able to see the information that you include in your profile. You should exercise care in deciding what information to provide.

Affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates, including Flight Club New York LLC, which will handle the information under their own respective privacy policies. Where required by law, we will give you a choice about this sharing.

Service Providers. We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related functions (for example, payment processing services, maintenance services, shipping carriers, database management, marketing, security and fraud purposes, web or advertising analytics, and improvement of the Service’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how the Service is used.

Third-Party Referral Partners. To help provide you with better offers, we may work with third-party referral partners. If you visit the Site by linking directly from a third-party website, we may provide the third party with select information about your individual transaction that you made after being referred. In order to track and credit your transaction the third-party website may give you a unique code, cookie or graphic which will uniquely identify you. The presence of a third-party navigation bar at the top of any page on any website is an indication that the third-party website may have access to information about your activity on such website.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with applicable laws and regulations. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of us or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, harmful, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Business Transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your information, in connection with a potential or actual merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of some or all of our assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

With Consent or Notice. We may share your information with your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of data collection or sharing.

Aggregated and Deidentified Information. We may share aggregated or deidentified information without limitation. This includes sharing the types of technical information that we collect as described above (including information that identifies a device), to the extent permitted by law.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Service and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

Note that choosing to opt out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests. Advertising Providers may continue to collect data for other purposes, including analytics and other operational purposes.

If you delete your cookies, reset your device advertising identifier, or use a different browser or mobile device, you will need to renew your opt-out choice. You may also be able to limit data collection for advertising purposes using tools available on your device. We may display targeted advertising to individuals through social media platforms, such as Facebook and other social media platforms. These companies have interest-based advertising programs that allow us to direct advertisements to users who have shown interest in our Service while those users are on the social media platform, or to groups of other users who share similar traits, such as likely commercial interests and demographics. We may share a unique identifier, such as a user ID or hashed email address, with these platform providers or they may collect information from our Site visitors through a first-party pixel, in order to direct targeted advertising to an individual or to a custom audience on the social media platform. These advertisements are governed by the privacy policies of those social media companies that provide them. If an individual does not want to receive targeted ads on their social media platforms, they may be able to adjust their advertising preferences through their settings on those platforms. CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
If you have registered with the Service, you may review, update, correct or delete the information in your profile through your profile page. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database or initiate an account deletion request within the iOS App. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

SECURITY
We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Information. However, it is important to note that no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. To make sure your Internet browser is using the latest security features, you may want to download the most recent version of it, which should have full SSL (Secure Socket Layer) support.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Service may contain links to other websites and apps. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website or app. The fact that we link to a website or app is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third-party websites or apps. These other websites and apps may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit information from you. OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with Personal Information, they should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We will periodically update this Privacy Policy. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email to your registered email address, by prominently posting on this website or our online Service, or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all terms in this section have the same meaning as defined in our Privacy Policy or as otherwise defined in the CCPA.

For purposes of this section, personal information does not include:

Publicly available information from government records;

Deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you;

Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as:
